Comments:
Went to the Y today to run for the first time since it was really cold outside. I ran a 1 mile warm-up and did a few stretches. Then I did 7 800s, starting at 10mph (3:00) and dropping 5 seconds each time until my last one was 12mph, (2:30). I felt pretty good, ran on .5 slope because I've heard treadmill is slightly easier then the track. Between each 800 I had 2 minutes rest and walked. When I was done I had gone approximate 6.25 miles, counting warm-up/800s/walking/cool-down and had been going for around 55 minutes not counting stretches.
