Comments:
8x400m at AU with Aidan, Sam, Tristan, MI and Todd. I felt very fast and in control. I wore my track spikes which helped. We had full recovery and even Samet on speaker phone for a minute. Anthony kindly disobeyed the stupid MAC rules and showed up to coach us with Zeke and Griffin, all of whom encouraged us the whole time. Coach told us to think of training for regionals as a micro season, with this being a mid-season workout. No strength work.
