NM8 - I had to pry myself out the door to go into the powerful downpour that was happening for the first couple miles, but the run went exceptionally well from there. I jokingly call Thursdays "Mystery Pace" because I've been wildly inconsistent in the past, and today was no exception. I felt good and just kept on pushing the whole way. I came back down North Park reveiwing how miserable the end of track season was as the collective sum of my choices finally caught up with me. I finished it hard and it looked more like a steady state than an easy run, but oh well, it's the my last hard day of the week.
