Today Mr. Yardley was coaching us. We did a really weird stretching routine that I've never done before. There was a bunch of stuff I don't feel like explaining. After I benched(2,10-85 + 1,8-85) and squatted(1,10-135 + 1,8-155) with Kris. Then I went to the Y and ran 2 miles easy just for the sake of running something.
