Comments:
Military to Potomac Heritage trail to Kirby to Dolley Madison Boulevard up old Glebe and back onto military, home via 36th. Sometimes I decide how the whole run is going to feel after three minutes, but today I just took what my body gave me and put an okay run together. So I actually felt better as I went along. 2:45 planks, 25 leg lifts, 20 pushups.
