Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran in the early afternoon. the whole world did not want me to go on this run, but i did. it was cold, i'm still hanging on to some congestion from my cold and i was definitely not feeling as good as i expected to be this morning. good times. after three weeks off i feel pretty alright. still running the turkey trot on thanksgiving but it will be cold and off 4 days running so we'll see how it goes.

p.s. last night mackenzie saw me and was like "you still go here?!" and i was all like "who the fuck are you?". pretty sure i actually forgot she was on the team. i don't know what would possess her to think i don't go here...
