Comments:
6x200 in my Nike victories at AU--my favorite workout, given all my fast twitch muscles! Toes were numb and the track was soaked in cold water, but I still got up on my toes (for real this time, after being told I heel strike too much) and sprinted, screaming a la Zeke on the last one. Lots of arguments and contentions were stirred up throughout practice, and Sam even yelled at me not to do that during a workout because it's a waste of energy apparently. I'd chalk it up to too much time together. I didn't run twice on Sunday, running-log is just acting ridiculous. Three more runs . . .
