Comments:
First we did some abs, then we lifted. I benched (3 x 8)(85), did straight leg, glute ham, and lunged. After that I went to the Y and ran a warm-up, then 3 800s, a 300, and then a mile cooldown. It was a lot harder than before, could be because I haven't been running as much lately, just worked out, or because the incline was on 1 this time.
