Comments:
Ran around 1. It was chilly last night but nicer in the afternoon. Went to FLRC to get some new shorts, but didnt wear them. I got some 5" rather than splits, which I usually wear. I thought they would be better for lifting and cross training for the winter. Ran the city perimeter again. Nice to cruze through all the neighborhoods. I was upset to see that the Sciencenter took down Galaxy Golf. Thats some bullshit... Things have changed around here, but its still home. Legs were heavy and I felt pretty slow today. Still trucked along and I feel better after running. Its been 4 days in a row thats a lot for my current training plan.

Essentials: Stretch

Just did a little stretch at home when I got back. Ankles feeling good, but legs are sore. I could use more stretching later tonight. Might run tomorrow when I get back to Amherst, but I would rather go grocery shopping and do school work, since we got a tough two weeks coming up to finish up the semester.
