Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
4 mile warm up, 4x2k on the xc course, 4 mile cooldown. ~40s rest

2k's were in 7:35, 7:21, 7:14, 7:02. i'm not used to running on grass at all and it took me about 2 1/2 intervals to get used to it again. the last two actually felt easier than the first two. all in all i'm more than happy with this as a solo effort, on grass for the first time in a while, at the beginning of july.
