Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
today i ran with the guys on the team, we decidied to go on a 45min run. i started and was a little stiff and sour for the first part,we went about 15min and i then had to stop to take care of some bussiness.then i proceeded to finish the run alone. and was a little tired throughout it. it ended up only being 40 min, but it was a great time:)
