Weather: nice, cool 70

Comments:
Ran with my neighbor for the 2nd straight day. He runs a slower pace which is good for me, forces me into the nice 60% HR pace that I need for easy days. Felt great, legs rebounded nicely from Sunday's 14. HR has been great the last few weeks, resting pulse of 49 yesterday before the run.
Gonna try to do the Clarence DeMar 5k tomorrow morning to test out my fitness. Hoping for around 19:30.
