Comments:
Same pattern walk 5 run 15 until 55 min walk 2 till shut down. Cool down is separate event. discomfort for 15 minutes then warmed up by big brace. Brace off at 40 minutes. Pace from 14 30 walk to 9 20 run.
Aleve was in order later.
