Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Four mile loop with Sam B. I did 3 minutes of crunches, a supine plank and slow pushups for the same duration. I felt mostly fine, starting to relearn my form a little bit. But I've never needed new shoes so urgently; my gluts and hip flexers (I think) are hurting, but everything else is fine.
