Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Drove up to Hamilton to pick up max. Weather sucked. Rainy and cold and foggy. Couldn't even see Niagara Falls. I didn't really want to run, but fit it in anyways. Felt sluggish and slow. Started at the gym, did a loop around campus, then went on the rail trail for a little bit. Headed toward Hamilton this time. Ended at maxs house.
Essentials: stretch
Just stretched a little bit. Not too much cause I was in the foyer. Felt a little better after stretching. Legs weren't that sore, I just didn't feel very quick today.
