Comments:
Drove to Sam's at 1:15 and we set off at around 1:45, down his street, Matthewson, Blagden, up Tilden, down Connecticut to Dupont, up through Adam's Morgan and somehow we looped back to Shepard street. The loop had the perfect mixture of uphills and downhills. I felt pretty good and maintained good form the whole time. We stretched in his back yard, did all the heel-toe walks and 20 pushups. After two glasses of chocolate milk, I returned home, did a minute of flutter kicks and 10 alternating supermen.
