Comments:
Contrary to popular belief, I do not, in fact, have infallible judgement in all things. Anthony told that cutting back on volume a little bit until January would actually help me come spring. So I have. I did a smooth, quality run on one of the island's numerous golf courses and some of the "usual" dull roads. However, because I left around 5:30, it got dark very quickly and I was blessed with a cool, damp sea-breeze; if only I had done yesterday's run today! By the time I finished I'm sure the pace had dipped under 7:00 and I kept a relaxed, unstrained form throughout. 2:45 planks.
