Weather: Inside, 8 degrees outside

Comments:
Stair circuits around the entire building with Sam for 12 minutes--First floor lobby to L2, to third floor down the hall, back down to the first floor, and so on. Planks, jack knife crunches, leg lifts on our backs, high knees, mountain climbers, Peter Silverman bear crawl, heel toe walks and other things I'm probably forgetting. Sam and I had reached a pretty good clip together during the running. I felt strong the whole time and a thorough stretch will help the soreness tomorrow.
