Short run in new new balance sneakers after a hike at walden pond; tore up my feet in the hiking boots, so don't really know yet whether the new sneaks are okay. inconclusive. okay, though. cut the river loop short at magazine in 37:40, walked the rest of the way. tried to run a bit up harvard, felt crunchy and wrong, started walking again. no injury. yay. 1:10 min total
