Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Cold 20s with flurries at the end of the run
Comments:
Didn't feel great tonight but I think that's OK. It was my first run on the plan and it was at night and I had to be fairly careful about ice and traffic. Made me miss not having to stop on my runs. I'll have to be sure to get out to places where I can run for a while away from traffic/pedestrians.
Felt a bit of twinge in my left groin during weightlifting afterwards. I'll keep an eye on it and be sure to stretch well.
2 sets of:
10 x lunges
15 x ab twists with 6 lbs medicine ball
15 squats with 30 lbs
15 calf raises with 30 lbs
