Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Raced a distance I haven't done in about 2 years and basically tied an all time PR and indoor PRed by about 15 seconds even with an average race. Felt good throughout but just didn't have the speed/courage to make the moves I needed to run a fast time. I am excited to have more opportunities to run longer distances and to be more confident in my abilities to run beyond my mental capacity.
