Comments:
Both my classes today ended early, which was pretty nice. Before the run, I went down to the trainer and did some of the exercises for my foot and to get taped. The run itself was pretty nice, a little quicker than I'd have preferred, but it was probably good to do. Foot didn't hurt too much.
