Weather: Foggy (again!), 45, full moon
Comments:
I have a greater appreciation for moonlight after this run. I also found a new route--Lorcom to Washington Blvd to Quincy to Military and back home up 31st. Not to many hills, so I made a point to push the few there were. 5 minute plank, 40 supermen (holding for two seconds), 2 minute flutter kicks, 2 minutes of high knees.
