Comments:
Technically the first workout of the season. For the sake of my foot, coach suggested I just do a light run, which I did. I went down to MLK with the rest of the team, and did the first mile of their tempo with them. After they stopped for their rest interval, I kept going, but slowed the pace down to a nice, comfortable pace. Eventually finished up, got back to Veale, then did the usual lift/ice bath/abs routine.
