Comments:
2 Aleve. 5 walk 15 run on mill. Pulse was 80 when starting to walk.
Top of first 15 was 120. At last 15 min run session at 10.31 pace pulse was 134 and after 4 min walk 100. NO KNEE PAIN, NO FOOT BURN. Might the toe lift machine have helped ???
