10 minute elliptical warm up

3x15 40lbs bicep curls/20lbs triceps
3x10 90lbs incline bench/row
3x7 75lbs lat pull down

Full set of Bendy's knee/hip exercises

15 minute recumbent bike cool down

Felt pretty good today. Knee hurt fairly bad. I'm gonna really have to keep an eye on it.
