Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
For letting me use his bike to ride to and from work. I was riding to work and realized i was a bit behind so i started really pushing. By the end I felt like I could barely stand. The ride back was much better. I made sure I had enough water and food beforehand. Right IT band feels terrible. Hopefully it gets better. The ride was about 60 miles overall. I dont want to add in the mileage because it shows up for weekly calculations.
