Ate some pasta for dinner tonight. 40 min later decided to run b/c I didn't want to run when it was pitch black out. As a result, I made today a recovery day, for obvious reasons. Ran nice and relaxed, and when I got back I wasn't even breathing hard. Running after dinner was a bad idea. I felt like I had to barf the whole run. I could monitor when I was speeding up b/c the "barf feeling" increased. Did get thru the run w/o puking so that was awesome.
