Comments:
We were only allowed 20 minutes of running outside and spent the rest of practice doing Peter Silverman strength work: all types of lunges, pushups with partners, burpees, plank leg lifts (15 all around), supermen, flutter kicks, the works. It all felt pretty easy. I ran with Jackson and Silas to the intersection of Vanness and back, one lap around the block, then booeymonger and back.
