4 X (3 laps @ 42/ 2:30 break. 2 laps@ 40/ 1:30 break, 1 lap @38) 4:30 between sets
Had to leave early to go to a ski wax session at Outfitters. I hated to leave JK in the middle of such a tough workout; feeling regretful the day after.
But, on the positive side, it felt good to this one and really stress my body. This was an intimidating workout and I hope to revisit it again.
