Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went to Taylor park, but took the right side of the path, deviating from what I normally do. I ascended the winding pavement paths up past Marymount, then went down 26th, took a left, with a slight uphill onto Military, which I took down to Gulf Branch and went home via the trails. 15 minutes of other stuff: form drills, Apolo Ohnos (30 per leg), 40 squats, 40 pushups in sets of 20, 1 minute of planking with one arm out, another minute with the other arm, calf strengthening and high knees for 35 seconds. Late last night I did some the beginning of Boardman's crunch routine as well--six inches, a set of ten pushups, flutter kicks, etc. I felt like doing more and maybe some striders, but had to rush off to SAT tutoring and didn't feel like having my training take up the whole afternoon.
