Comments:
Woke up early and ran again with Phil in Lakewood park. Tried to fit it in before breakfast and the rest of the days adventures. We took a little different route than last time. We missed the turn off and added a loop on the other side of Clifton. Road conditions were slushy again. It was raining the whole time. We ran super slow. I didn't stop my watch at the stop walks so that also inflated it. Felt fine though even though we were splishin and splashing all over the place.

Just a quick stretch while we got ready for breakfast. Had an action packed day ahead of us with the dual meet aka CMU Dual aka CMU vs CASE aka steel town showdown aka Nerd wars V aka battle for the obelisk.
