Weather: Cloudy, high 30s, muddy ground

Comments:
I got a very poor night of sleep last night, but still had a great day at practice. The usual distance runners were actually on the run with us the whole time--Griffin, Aidan, Boardman, ANTHONY and co., with an adventurous route to top it all off. Wisconsin to Albermarle to Connecticut to Soapstone valley trail, through RCP past Peirce mill to Porter, taking Porter all the way back up to Wisconsin, pushing the hill taking a right on Wisconsin and going back to school. Agility ladder on the field with Peter Silverman, Spiderman walks, flutter kicks 45 seconds, prone and supine sideways leg extensions (10 each leg), modified mountain climbers for 45 seconds, stepping over hurdles, traveling squats, lateral plank dips (12 per side) 20 pushups at home. I felt strong and relaxed on the run and was afraid of the hill at the beginning, but, feeling good, pushed the pace significantly as we spilled onto Wisconsin much to the irritation of a few others.
