I was more aggresive on the intervals that I should have been. But I just felt like moving fast and it wasn't a strain the hit that 3' interval. However, I made an effort to stick with JK for the 4th and final interval to stay relaxed. I didn't join her for a 5th extra one because I thought I'd be skiing later. That didn't happen after and we just took Benson for a walk.
