Weather: Foggy, 35, wet track

Comments:
8x300m at AU, 2 min. recovery, with Zeke, Tristan, Gabe, Aidan and Jackson and Noah for the last one. I wore my Nike Victory XC spikes from sophomore year and felt as though I could get up on my toes on the straightaways, but not the curve. I did not feel fast at all, and worked hard just to maintain 47s, when I thought I might have been accelerating. So, though I didn't particularly enjoy this workout, I felt good enough to do eight instead of six. 1:30 planks, 15 leg lifts, rolled briefly.
