Comments:
Now the snow storm has passed, back to work. I was looking forward to it. Felt pretty saturated studying in the afternoon. Thats good timing. A run was what I needed. Got out right around sunset so it was light when I ran. Good loop up sidewalks were cleared and it was fun zipping over the snow banks. Took a little breather at the pee spot since it was so beautiful. Felt good on the way back and really picked it up on Hadley. Have not felt that much speed in my legs in a while. Felt great. I was hungry before running but it wasnt an issue. My legs felt pretty good today.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick little stretch. I had to make sure I didnt sit in cat poop since I found some on the floor when I got back. That cat is breakin all the rules. It was still kinda cold out today after the sun went down so I wanted to get inside and warm up. Legs feel a little sore afterward but its just from not having that much mileage in the past few weeks. Back to the gym and to consistent mileage once the Cume is done.
