Sunderland Hook Loop

Went to bed really late last night but got to sleep in. When I woke up I was very sore from the lift yesterday. A good kinda sore though, miss that hard work feeling. Sunday is errands day so I was just doin work but fit in a run in the afternoon since it will snow tonight. They sun was out in the early afternoon and it was quite pleasant out. Started out slow on the run cause I was sore, but it felt strong so I worked into it. I was feeling tired in the middle though. Finished up pretty quickly. Tweaked my left ankle a little on the road coming back, but it wasnt too bad. Still compression and ice tonight.

Essentials: Stretch, Stick roller

Good stretch my hammies and back and shoulders feel really sore. The stick roller helped a lot. Ankle not too swollen or sore but keep an eye on it. I have to stay later on Monday and Tuesday, so I am not sure what kind of running I can get in. Its all gonna be gametime decision, but I think getting to the gym on weekday and a weekend works out fairly well.
