Long story short, we couldn't get the track until 8:00. 3x1000m at race pace. Theoretically, that is. The first rep was at around 3:13, which was fine, but the next two each slowed down by like 9 seconds each, which was less fine. Not really sure what just happened, other than falling apart at the end. Putting off the strength until tomorrow, when the weight room's actually going to be open.
