Long Physics session in the afternoon. Really hungry when I got home and it was late. Felt so brain dead, just chilled and watched some Olympics finally. Nice way to unwind. Prepped for the "exam" on Thursday so thats all good. Now I can get back to running. Storm rolling in on Thursday but no one really knows how bad its gonna be. Still run in that. Did some abs to relieve stress and they felt great. I feel like I am getting stronger.
