Amity and Whitney

Comments:
We finally dug out of the snow storm. Roads were good today. Got back into work and got some work done which was nice. Ran after seminar. Right at dusk went down the bike path to Amity, up through Amherst Center down Main st, then up Whitney and back through Orchard Hill. Havnt been around to those spots in a while so that was nice. It got dark and I put my light on. The sidewalk on Amity was iffy, some parts were good others were shit. Kept trekking up it was fun. The moon was awesome tonight. Right over the horizon and HUGE. Started out quick but got pretty tired coming in. This was longer than my other runs this week, so maybe thats why but it felt great. Good stress reliever after the interrupted week.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched a little in my office but it was getting late and I wanted to get some food. Had to take a sample off the spin plate too since the snow day kinda messed up my other samples. Legs feel sore not enough stretching. Ill get in more tomorrow. Gonna hit up the gym and get some lifting in.
