It was a pretty good run. I felt ok during warm up, but during the workout, I had a pretty solid pace. I was going around 6:00- 6:25 pace during the 2 minutes hard more so at 6:10 pace. My recovery jog pace was like 9:00- 9:30. My cool down was like at 9:00 pace. I really like these workouts. They make me feel good. These distance workouts work nice for me.
