Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt really tired, most likely due to last night's hard 4 and short recovery. It's days like these where I doubt I can run half a marathon, much less a full. I'm sure it'll be fine, this is the process, fatigue the body now, rest for races and perform well.
