9:35 AM. Sleep: 9 hr. Good night's rest lead to a good although slightly warm run, new shoes and haircut didn't hurt, uphill split of 43, bathroom stop on the way back, got two honks on Eldridge, think one of them was from Ben who runs Karaoke at Three Sheets, stretch, minute planks & pushups.
