Comments:
I wasn't planning on doing speed work the day after my half marathon, but I had to. I did the warm up and didn't feel that well. Me and some other freshman decided to take today very easy. We only did like 6 minute pace for these 1000's. I really didn't feel good during these. I did not want to do this speed work. I had hoped for an easy 5 miler today. I didn't try hard at all. My legs hurt after though, so I did not do a cool down.
