Its been a few days since I got in a run. I was really itching to go today. Got home in the afternoon and headed out. Temp was cold today, but the wind was low so it was actually kinda pleasant. The sun came out a few times as well. Started out at a strong pace, then slowed down a little bit, legs were feeling heavy. On the way back I felt better and began to pick it up again. Hip flexor got tight near the end. Form might have been a little whack from heavy legs. Overall felt so great to get out I really needed a run. Glad I made it that far too haha. It was under 8 min pace too which is awesome.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back, focusing on the hip flexor. Ankle is a little sore honestly after wards. Feels fine running though. Gonna have low mileage this week. Off to Boston and Brandeis tomorrow for UAA!!! Gonna be legit. I have been getting my fair share of spectator sports lately (Hockey, Basketball, Indoor Track, the OLYMPICS!) Just the way it should be. Hope everyones legs are ready to go after the long bus ride. A bunch of us will be there cheering you on!
