Weather: 85 degrees and getting hotter
Comments:
ran around 8:15am, so the heat was getting up there above 95. Very tight, started at 5:56, 5:50, 5:37, 5:26= 22:50 got thru it but never felt too good or too bad.
then ran with julia 2.5 miles worth of a workout.
