North Sunderland

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Got out a little later today, around sunset. I was itching to run again. Started out at a quick pace but slowed down since I felt like I was struggling yesterday. Didnt have to wait at the stoplight at Sunderland Center, which is rare. I went straight through. Took a bathroom break up at the meadow. The snow is so icy that I can almost walk across it. It would be easy with snow shoes. On the way back I felt really good, started to pick it up. I felt like I was flying in the last mile or so, which is good. Havnt had that pep in my legs in a while. Cold again today, but it is supposed to be warming up this weekend.

Essentials: Stretch

Real brief stretch. Legs and ankles feeling good. Havnt lifted in a while. Feeling a little weak. Not sure when I can get into the weightroom this week. Maybe Thursday or the weekend? There is a lacrosse game on Saturday so I will probs be on campus most of the day then. Thats when the sun will be out and it will be shorts weather!
