Disappointed but once Tom put it in perspective I felt better about it. I was actually suppose to wait until tomorrow to do this due to the hard long run and race, but I goofed. To do as many 800s I could between 2:50 and 2:55 with :45. I only did 4. 2:50, 2:49, 2:50, 2:54. Going to try something similar later in the week. Did it at Central.
