Comments:
Today was a beautiful day to run. Although its still a little slippery in places, the sun was out and shining today--it actually felt like the beginning of spring! At the start of the run, I felt a little heavy limbed and tired because I didn't get enough sleep last night. But after I warmed up I felt totally fine and enjoyed our small group run quite a bit.
