Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Ran the gauntlet and went to the gym at the busiest time, right around 4ish. It was ok though. Overall gym was packed pretty bad, but going at that time works out anyways. I was pretty tired right before I went in, but I drank a little coffee to pick me up and felt more alert and ready to work out. Went a little longer on the warm up then headed over to the free weights on the 3rd floor. Did an odd workout since I wanted to keep my bench for as long as possible.

3 sets of:
PBDKLBDBK x 10 (20 lbs)
Standing DB Press x 10 (20 lbs)
Bench dips x 20

3 sets of:
Goblet squat x 15 (35 lbs)
Med Ball Pushups x 10 eachside

First circuit was great felt a good pump but wasnt too hard. Medball pushups were tough at the end I was shaking and pushed pretty hard. Really, a nice quick lift and a day to give my legs a break. It was really hot in the rec center today, as the sun was setting and shining right in the windows. Kinda cool though.
